    Welcome to Fishing With Rye. Captain Rye is a Coast Guard certified Merchant Marine (OUPV). In the summer about May-September he is running trips for Alaskan Angler's INN out of Gustavus, Alaska. In the Fall-Spring Captain Rye is running salmon and steelhead trips on the Smith river in northern california, rouge, chetco, elk, sixes, and umpqua rivers all in southern oregon.
